Order Processing and Shipping

Processing Time: Please allow 3 business days for handmade and custom products to be processed. For rush orders, email blackduckoutdoorsnc@gmail.com.
Shipping: Accurate shipping details are required. Address corrections or re-delivery fees due to incorrect information will be charged to the buyer.
Damages: Report any shipping damages within 48 hours of delivery and retain original packaging for inspection.

Returns and Substitutions

Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Substitutions: If an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Payments must include accurate billing details to avoid processing delays.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its services are provided “AS IS” without warranties. Black Duck Outdoors is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or its products.

Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

Black Duck Outdoors Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

We take pride in crafting high-quality, custom products and want to ensure you have a great experience with us. Please review our policies below:

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time: 5-7 business days.
Shipping: Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days).
- Tracking information will be provided, but updates may take up to 72 hours after the label is created.
Delays: Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
Responsibility: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. For issues with USPS, please contact them at (800) 275-8777.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email blackduckoutdoorsnc@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items after verification.

Returns

Custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect or an error in the approved design.
Non-custom items must:
- Be in original condition and packaging.
- Be returned within 7 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, email blackduckoutdoorsnc@gmail.com with a photo of the item, your order number, and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
